Additional Beds:  Additional Z-beds (rollaway beds) and linen packs can be delivered to any apartment type for occasional overnight guests FREE of charge.  Subject to availability and advance booking notice.

Broadband:  FREE high speed broadband internet connection is available at all Market Rise Apartments, Meadowcroft Apartments and Norwich Street Apartments.  FREE high speed wireless internet connection is available at all York Street Apartments.

Cambridge Map:  A Cambridge A to Z street map is placed in all apartment types for reference.  The arrivals co-ordinators will be pleased to identify the apartment location along with any other locations or routes specifically required such as supermarkets and places of work or interest.  The A to Z’s may be annotated and purchased at a discounted price of £2.50.  (RRP £3.45).

Cot & High-Chair:  A permanent baby’s cot (crib) or temporary baby’s travel cot (crib) with bedding together with a high chair can be delivered to any apartment type FREE of charge.  Subject to availability and advance booking notice.

Digital Satellite TV:  All apartments have provision for FREE digital satellite television channels in addition to the five terrestrial channels available in the UK.

Entertainment:  All apartments are equipped with a wide screen television, DVD and stereo with CD player in each living room and a television and video in most bedrooms.

Hairdryer:  All apartments are equipped with an electric hairdryer.

Housekeeping:  All apartments are fully serviced on a weekly basis which includes a complete linen change.  The weekly maid duties are to change all linen and make the beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen and generally tidy, dust and vacuum the apartment.

Information Pack:  Each apartment contains an information pack with specific details about the apartment, local amenities, local entertainment, local restaurants and delivery foods, local transport, useful phone numbers and emergency contact details.

Iron & Ironing Board:  All apartments are equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Kitchen:  All apartments are fully equipped with the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for both general food preparation and home entertaining.  Cambridge Apartments will undertake to accommodate requests for additional items whenever possible.

Linen & Towels:  All apartments are fully equipped with linen and sufficient towels for 7 days and all linen and towels are changed weekly.  Additional linen and towels can be provided on request.

Parking Space:  Each apartment has one FREE allocated parking space, security gated entrance to the parking area and/or underground parking.  (Except Norwich Street Apartments).

Additional Parking:  Further FREE parking spaces are often possible at all apartment locations.  Subject to availability and advance booking notice.

Personal Welcome:  The team of arrival co-ordinators personally meet and greet every guest 24/7/365.  Following a familiarisation tour of the apartment and the apartment building in general the arrival co-ordinators will be pleased to answer any questions regarding the UK, Cambridge, Cambridge Apartments or the apartment and facilities available.

Tourist Information:  A tourist information stand is located in the entrance to all apartment buildings, detailing local attractions, special offers and discounts negotiated at gyms, restaurants and attractions for Cambridge Apartments’ Guests.

Welcome Pack:  FREE: A basic welcome pack is complimentary in all apartments comprising:  Fresh milk, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, washing machine tablets & dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, bathroom soap and shampoo.

A Relaxation Hamper can be ordered in advance and will be in your apartment on arrival.  Perfect for an evening to unwind in private after a hard day or a long journey!  Includes:  Relaxing aromatherapy bath oils, stuffed olives, artichoke hearts, flavoured water drink, crackers, selection of cheeses, and truffle chocolates.  (Additional charge from £19.95 + vat).

Additional Housekeeping:

Gym & Racquets Membership:

The Atrium Health & Fitness Club invites all guests staying at Cambridge Apartments to workout at the Atrium Health & Fitness Club at fantastic discounted rates.  Facilities include  a fully equipped gymnasium combining the latest cardiovascular, resistance and free-weight equipment.  The Atrium Club offers comprehensive fitness assessments and gym programmes, with regular reviews.  The Health Suite at the Atrium Club combines the use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi for you to relax in after a good work out.
