Prices
Our prices are quoted by the week so you can rent for as long or short as you need. Rental terms as only subject to a minimum of 30 weeks. Our prices include VAT and cover the flat rental plus all bills and servicing. The only exclusion is Council Tax, which is not covered because, for students, it is £0. If you are not a full time student you may need to pay the Council Tax as an extra, though we will sort everything out for you. You should budget about £90 to £130 per month for Council Tax.
Our flexibility can save you lots of money. We are more expensive than others but if, for example, you only need 35 weeks accommodation but a cheaper apartment requires you to sign up for 51 weeks, then every week you pay for that you don’t use, would be equivalent to approx. £110 per week. i.e. 16 weeks you don’t need @ £250 = £4,000, divided across the 35 weeks you do use means £114 extra per week you are actually paying.
