| Parking space | Most apartments have allocated parking space in a secure parking area. Parking will be subject to availability so ask early. | None, if available |
| Welcome and 24 hr support | We meet every new tenant on arrival to show them their apartment and make sure they are comfortable. We are then always available for support, with emergency support out-of-hours and at weekends. | None |
| All bills | We pay all the bills including gas, electricity, TV licence, hot water, heating, lighting and internet. | None |
| Additional bed / bedding for sofabed | We can provide an additional put-me-up bed or bedding for a sofabed if you have a guest to stay for short visits. We just charge a small admin charge. | £30 one-off charge |
| Airport collection | We can arrange for you to be met at any of the international airports | Prices on request |
| Council Tax | There is no Council Tax if you are a student. If you are an academic then you will need to pay the council tax but we will do all the organisation for you. | Rates dependant on apartment |
| Apartment facilities | Your own Washer/dryer for all your clothes and a dishwasher to make life just that bit easier. Hairdryer and iron/ironing board and laundry baskets and clothes dryers. | None |
